Pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act, the Rent Leveling Board of the Borough of Bergenfield is moving its regular monthly meeting to March 11, 2026 at Borough of Bergenfield, 198 N Washington Ave, Court Room, 3rd floor, at 7:00pm. The meeting is open to the public and formal action may be taken. We will have a hearing for a complaint filed at 294 S Washington Ave, Bergenfield, NJ. 2 Applications for Exemption from Rent Control for 19-21 Home Place (Units 1B, 2A) will be reviewed.
